Shipping and returns

Confezioni Alexander srl products are shipped by GLS courier for Italy and Europe within 5 working days after receipt of payment.
Rest of the World: Fedex /UPS within 10/20 days after receipt of payment.

For orders over 89 euros, shipping costs are free (Italy only).
Express shipping will allow tracking of the package via a code that will be sent to the customer via email.

Non-EU shipments: any customs or import charges will be charged when the package reaches the destination country.

These charges will be borne by the recipient. Confezioni Alexander srl has no control over these charges, which can vary significantly from country to country. We advise you to contact the customs authorities of the country of destination for more information.

Returns

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, the items can be returned for size exchange, replacement or refund within 15 days from the date of receipt by sending the request via email to shop@alexanderbikewear.com Confezioni Alexander srl srl will send at the customer's premises its own courier to pick up the goods and will bear the costs.

Size Change You can request an exchange for a different size or color of the same item if it is available. A size change may be requested only once per order. Replacement of defective merchandise In the event that the customer receives defective merchandise or merchandise different from what was ordered, photographic proof may be requested before authorizing the return.

Refunds Refunds will be made as soon as the return arrives at Confezioni Alexander srl and the merchandise is checked. For orders paid by Paypal or bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account.

Return Conditions Returned items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show signs of use.

Shoe soles must be in perfect condition.
Each item must be returned in its original packaging. For all matters not expressed the European Distance Selling Regulations will apply.
