Passion for the sport was the daily routine for our family, and we were fortunate to have the opportunity to turn it into work.

In more than 40 years of history, we have faced many evolutions in the cycling apparel industry.

We have gone from historic woolen jerseys to ultra-technical modern jerseys, from handmade embroidery to screen printing and sublimation printing, from leather pads to high-performance foam pads.

All this experience now allows Alexander Bikewear to create the ideal garments for the needs of the most dedicated cyclist.

Is the material really all produced in Italy?

All stages of production take place in-house, making our products 100% made in Italy.

How does the product dress?

The fit of the product varies according to the models. There are three types of fit: COMFORT, for those who prefer a softer, less snug fit; REGULAR, for those who want a snug fit but not too compressive; and RACE, with a tight, performance fit that is super comfortable once worn. You will find the relevant size charts inside each product.

Are point-of-sale and e-commerce prices the same?

Yes, both within our store and on our website the prices are the same.

What payment methods are accepted?

The accepted methods of payment are: PAYPAL, SATISPAY, BANK TRANSFER and CREDIT CARDS.

What is the shipping time and within how many days will I receive the purchased goods?

Generally, shipments can be made within 5 working days. From the time the shipment starts you have to allow for one day before you can receive the goods.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free with a minimum spend of €89, if the minimum spend is not reached, shipping is €8.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

You can check the shipment via the tracking that is provided in the order and shipment email.

Can the order be picked up on site?

Yes, it is possible to pick up the goods on site, specifying this in the notes once the order is placed.

What is the minimum quantity for customization?

The minimum quantity for customization is 10 suits.

Can I change or replace a product?

You can exchange a product by telling us in the email shop@alexanderbikewear.com, indicating whether it is a size exchange or refund.
